Coso Nero is the artist name of Ruben Oya, born 1985 in Germany and raised up trilingual in Barcelona.

With an international industrial design background and a strong interest for electronic culture, he entered new media art in 2018.

2019 he debuted at Mutek Barcelona with the wearable concept Tresor and at Sónar Barcelona with the interactive installation Sense Of Rhythm.

His work is about technological experimentation on a human level. His focus being sensorial experiences in form of interactive installations, wearables, games or audiovisual content.
